EZ300 Pull Line Blower

The Pull Line Blower EZ300 by Zeitler needs no electrical connection. The strong fuel engine feeds the pull lineindependent of power supply.

The EZ300 is used for network construction in civil engineering, ground work, roads, tunnels, bridges, snow cannons and cable car construction.

It is suitable for cable ducts Ø 25 to 200 mm (internal diameter).

Water, small residues, impurities or else can often be pushed through with the shuttle in only one operation.

Application

  1. Conduit ends must be clean and cut off evenly
  2. Fix head piece or special equipment corresponding to the internal diameter of conduit
  3. Firstly, blow through the conduit without shuttle, check if penetrable conduit/correct conduit
  4. Assemble shuttle corresponding exactly to the internal diameter of conduit
  5. Insert pull line through pull line supply, knot it tightly to the shuttle
  6. Place shuttle in the conduit and press EZ300 to the conduit, the front being movable for 360°
  7. Blow shuttle through without interrupting (never without pull line, cannot be retrieved when stuck)
  8. Attach either cable/s or extra strong pull line and start pulling
