EZ50 Pull Line Blower

The Pull Line Blower EZ50 by Zeitler is used to feed a special pull line promptly and efficiently into conduits of Ø 18 to 50 mm (internal diameter) for electrical installation in private construction.

Easy to apply even in buckled conduits, junction boxes, sockets and plugs.

Application

  1. apply line brake
  2. fit joint/nozzle appropriate to int. conduit diameter
  3. firstly blow air trough the conduit, check if penetrable tube/correct tube
  4. make either a loop or fix a bead to the pull line
  5. release line brake
  6. blow pull line in without interrupting, observe uncoilling in cylinder
  7. release switch and close nozzle with a finger
  8. apply line brake and cut off pull line
  9. fix wire/s to the pull line and start pullin

  • 1 x Pull Line Blower EZ50
  • 2 x pull line rolls (Ø 1 mm, tensile strength approx 24 kg, length approx. 900 m)
  • 1 x Suction device
  • 1 x components set A: 2 joints ½“ reducer 19/12 mm plus nozzle int. Ø 9,5 mm
  • 1 x components set B: 3 joints ¾“ nozzle int. Ø 16 mm plus nozzle int. Ø 19 mm
  • 1 x special nozzle black, for int. Ø from 25 to 50 mm
  • 1 x special nozzle with 90° angle, Ø ext. 12 mm 
    (to be used with special nozzle black)
  • 3 x beads (round) of Ø 11, 13 and 16 mm each
